The dedicated Lifestyle Manager and Lifestyle Team receives the Members request via phone, email, online or mobile platform, acts on request and contacts the relevant luxury brand partners to arrange the Members requests.

Confirmation is sent to our Member, providing booking details of the requests, any pre-payment information and the Members benefits available.
